ABOUT THE PASS THE HISTORY OF MOVIES FILM FESTIVAL SWEEPSTAKES: The History of Movies Film Festival Sweepstakes (“the Sweepstakes”) is an online Sweepstakes whereby movie fans will have the opportunity to vote for the best user generated video submissions. Our panel of movie experts have narrowed the field down to the strongest sixteen (16) submissions. Now it is your turn to let your voice be heard. Register and vote for the user generated video you feel is the strongest and deserves the title. Those who cast a vote during each Battle (as defined in Rule 5) of the tournament will automatically receive one (1) entry into the ROUND(S) PRIZE DRAWING for a chance to win select Wiggles 3D products. Limit of one (1) entry for the Round(s) Prize Draw per person per Match-up. Limit of one (1) winner per household during the tournament. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSORS/SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Wiggles 3D Incorporated (“Wiggles”). The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on October 21, 2011 and closes at 11:59:59 PM PST on November 20, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”) when all entries must be received. All references in these rules to time are to Pacific Standard Times, which shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY.The Sweepstakes is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory of residence at time of entry and to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsors, their affiliated companies, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, or the independent judging organization (such entities, collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) or members of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom such employees reside (whether related or not) are ineligible to enter or win. “Immediate family” shall mean spouses or domestic partners and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and domestic partners. You must have a valid email address to participate. Email addresses received on-line shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

3. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Sweepstakes you must register and vote by visiting moviesh2h.com.

4. HOW TO REGISTER: Complete the registration entry form by entering a valid email address, a daytime telephone number (including area code) and select a user name and password. Next, confirm that you have read and accepted these Official Rules by clicking on the “Submit” button and you will be deemed a registered entrant (each, an “Entrant”). Entries are limited as set forth in the first paragraph of these Official Rules. Limit of one (1) registration per person. No person may register more than once by using different email addresses.

5. HOW TO VOTE: To determine who you feel deserves to be crowned the winner of the History of Movies Film Festival, there will be a single-elimination bracket tournament broken down into fifteen (15) video-versus-video “Battles” over four rounds. During each “Battle,” video clips of two (2) of the sixteen (16) selections, are pitted head-to-head against one another, Entrants are encouraged to watch the two competing video clips and choose the video featured they think should proceed to the next round by clicking a “My Vote” button below their chosen favorite. Voting will occur over a forty-eight (48) hour period throughout the tournament, and only one Match-up will take place over each 48-hour period. In Round 1 there are eight (8) Match-ups taking place over eight (8) consecutive 48-hour periods, with the first Match-up starting on October 21, 2011 at 12:01 AM PST. At the end of each Match-up voting period, the video clip that has received the most votes moves onto the next round as depicted on the illustrated bracket structure on the Website’s “Current Standing” interface. In Round 2 there are four (4) Match-ups taking place over a total of eight (8) days, starting on November 7, 2011 at 12:01 AM PST. Round 3 there are two (2) Match-ups taking place over a total of four (4) days, starting on November 15, 2011 at 12:01 AM PST. The final Match-up, in which the two (2) remaining player video clips will face one another head-to-head, will occur over a forty-eight (48) hour period starting on November 19, 2011 at 12:01 AM PST. After this voting period has ended, the player whose video clip garnered the most votes will be the winner of the History of Movies Film Festival. Entrants can vote for any number of the fifteen (15) Match-ups they choose, but only once for any given Match-up. Entrants who cast a vote during any Match-up will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Round(s) Prize Draw (for a total of fifteen (15) possible entries in the Round(s) Prize Draw).

6. RETURNING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES: If you are returning to the Sweepstakes to vote for different Match-ups, click the “Log In” icon. Next, enter your user name and password where indicated, click the “Submit” icon and you will automatically be directed to the illustrated bracket page (see section 5).

7. BATTLE(S) PRIZE: At the end of every battle we will randomly select one (1) winner from the specific battle voting registrants and award a Pass the Popcorn movie trivia game. A total of fifteen (15) registrants will be awarded a Pass the Popcorn movie trivia game. Limit of one (1) winner per household during the tournament.

8. USER GENERATED PRIZE: Four aspiring filmmakers will walk away with cash--and one with $500 and the ultimate bragging rights. The Grand Prize winner of the History of Movies Film Festival will be awarded $500. The Second Place Prize winner will be awarded $200. The two (2) Third Place Prize winner(s) will be awarded $100 each.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Round(s) Prize winner(s) and User Generated Prize winner(s) will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or email at the Sponsor’s discretion using the contact information provided at the time of registration. If the potential winner is determined to be less than the age of majority in his/her state of residence or ineligible for any other reason, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. The Sponsors shall have no liability if the winner notification is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, the potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential winner, the potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. If the potential winner is found to be ineligible for any reason, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected as provided herein, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.

10. GENERAL: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and/or any independent judging organization with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. Proof of submitting an entry or of voting will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Promotion. Any attempted form of entry into the Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. Entries from the same person and/or email address in excess of the number stated herein will be disqualified. Any attempt by an Entrant to use multiple email accounts will result in disqualification. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries by that Entrant. Entries that are incomplete, garbled or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned.

11. GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE: Entrants agree that Wiggles 3D Incorporated, Oktane Media Ventures, LLC and each of their respective officers, directors, affiliates, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, representatives, agents, licensees, sponsors, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from Entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any damage to an Entrant’s or any other person’s computer system or wireless phone which is occasioned by accessing the Website or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsors are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen entries, email or mail or prize notifications, for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these Official Rules, the selection or announcement of winners, or the distribution of any prize; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. The Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. The Sponsors reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if they determine, in their sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes. In such event that the Sponsors are prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond their control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state/province or local governmental law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control, then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsors shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated or suspended before the designated end date, notice thereof will be posted on the Sweepstakes web site and the Sponsors will (if possible) select winner(s) in a random drawing or drawings from all eligible, non-suspect entries legitimately received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. The invalidity or un-enforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsors reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials or these Official Rules.

All entries become the permanent property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected potential winners. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws.

The Sponsors respect your right to privacy. Personal information collected from entrants will only be used by the Sponsors to administer the Sweepstakes and, only if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide the entrants with information regarding upcoming promotions and/or events from the Sponsors and their affiliates. By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set out in the Sponsors’ privacy policies.
